From Istanbul to Ankara

If your relative died in Istanbul and will be buried in Ankara, our vehicle sets out from Ankara. We collect the deceased from the hospital or home in Istanbul and bring them to Ankara with the documents. The motorway journey takes about 5–6 hours.

A burial permit and a funeral transport document are needed to leave an Istanbul hospital. Crossing between the Asian and European sides can add time, especially in the evening, so we plan the pickup time around traffic.

Repatriations arriving in Istanbul

Many repatriations from abroad land at Istanbul Airport. After customs clearance at the cargo terminal, we can collect the deceased and bring them to Ankara or another province by road.

How the Process Works

1. 1

Pickup location, documents and burial place are confirmed by phone.

2. 2

Our vehicle leaves Ankara and the pickup time is planned around traffic.

3. 3

The deceased is collected with the documents and transported by motorway.

4. 4

Washing, funeral prayer and burial follow the family's plan.
